During our Complimentary Trip Planning Call or Email, we will discuss your desires for your vacation so we can choose the absolute best options catered specifically for you. At that time, we will also discuss our planning fee structure.

CURATE & CUSTOMIZE
Following our consultation, we'll send you a customized proposal. This proposal will include a curated selection of hotels, tours, activities, and experiences for you to consider.
Once you have selected your preferred options from the proposal and have provided feedback to our team, we will transition the proposal to a confirmed booking and deposit will be applied.

We will provide you with your itinerary and all of your confirmations, then it's wheels up on your vacation! Knowing that all essential details have been taken care of, let the anticipation and excitement begin!

In most cases we do charge a reasonable Professional Advisor Planning Fee based upon your trip's specific requirements. Just as trips vary from one client to the next, our Trip Planning fees vary accordingly.
